Guide to abstract writing:

  • The 15th  UGM Public Health Symposium only accepts abstracts via OJS BKM FK-KMK UGM (link)
  • Abstracts should be written in Indonesia or English.
  • Up to 300 words (minimum 250 words).
  • Title a maximum of 25 words
  • Papers can be in the form of a case report, policy and practice, perspective (position paper), and original research.
    • Case report type or policy in practice abstracts format: Objective, Content (people specific focus, if any,
      implementation activities, lessons learned)
    • Original research format: Objective, Method, Results, Discussion, and Suggestion/Conclusion
  • Selected abstracts will be announced within 2 weeks after the submission.

Full paper submission in BKM Public Health and Community Medicine Journal

  • Presenters can also submit their full paper to be published in BKM Public Health and
    Community Medicine (Sinta 2).
  • Please follow the journal submission guideline.
  • Please fill out the registration and payment form and choose full paper submission.
  • After the presentation session, the journal editor will contact you for further information.

  • Selected abstracts will be presented at the 15th PHS
  • The presentation should be in PPT or PDF (One-slide presentation)
  • Presentations files will be displayed on the online showcase page
  • Maximum duration 5 minutes
  • One slide presentation template and example: template and example
  • Selected oral presenter will be invited to present in Final Presentation Session on
    Thursday, 20th Nov 2025
  • The maximum duration for Final Presentation session will be 3 minutes and use one slide presentation

Full paper submission in Sinta 2/BKM-PHCM Journal (online/offline) Rp. 1.500.000
